Incremental, Sustainable Change
Interactive Profiling is a very engaging way of delivering advice to users. It has a number of benefits:
- It provides relevant advice based on the individual’s personal profile
- It gives a way of tracking progress overall and across underlying key health factors
- It makes connections between food intake, nutrition, lifestyle and the symptoms that individuals experience and so makes required change more attractive and understandable.
- It prioritises and summarises the most important steps to take for each individual based on their personal profile
The profile output is delivered in a comprehensive report and/or as a summary report that resides in a member area with information in searchable databases. IPL member interfaces are proving to be very popular with users who like the ability to update their profile, track their progress and obtain adjustments in their advice over time.
Incremental, Sustainable Change
If we had a mantra this would probably be it. Wellbeing is not the product of gargantuan shifts in nutrition or lifestyle. It is achieved, and maintained, by adjusting the hundreds of little decisions we make each day. Bringing these small decisions into consciousness empowers individuals to make better choices.
What to eat for breakfast today
How many times to chew this mouthful
How many breaks to take away from the computer or desk today
Which foods to decide to eat more of today
How deeply to breathe
Little decisions. Better choices. The cumulative effect of these apparently insignificant choices is to set the individual on a path to regeneration or degeneration.
Regeneration versus Degeneration
Interactive Profiling provides a focus on positive, regenerative inputs. We empower individuals to take control of their destiny and encourage them to accept responsibility for their health and wellbeing. We then give them tools and ideas to help the process.
Most of us know that there are things we could do, right now, that would change our health and wellbeing for the better. Most of us don’t do the things we know. Interactive Profiling ensures that individuals know what to do and then helps them do what they know.
